He did an incredible job with my breast augmentation in January 2026, and the results look very natural and fit my body perfectly. I’m so happy with how everything turned out.

I am 6 weeks out from a mommy makeover with Dr. Adrian Nieto (an extended abdominoplasty, muscle repair, lipo, breast lift with fat grafting). My experience start to finish has been nothing but exceptional. From Karla in the office who is incredibly responsive, (I don’t think she ever made me wait more than a few hours for a reply) to Josue the private driver they hire to transport you to and from the airport, to the beautiful office and the amazing surgeons. Last but not least his INCREDIBLE nurse Maria who has the best bedside manner of any nurse I’ve ever had. She’s truly exceptional. Dr. Nieto is not only a consummate professional but he worked miracles on my body. Seriously , the man is a wizard! I had 2 10+lb babies and they did a ton of damage to my body. My breasts were like deflated bags of skin, never in a million years would I have thought he would make my breasts look full, perky and beautiful again. My abs are flat as a board and I have a waist again! I could not be more thankful to the entire team for giving me my body back. Their safety protocols are world class and Galenia hospital is fantastic. You get a private room there and it’s so spotless you can eat off the floor. I cannot recommend this practice more and Dr. Nieto in particular is the body guru. If you need breast and body work, he is your man. Hands down.

He made me feel so comfortable with everything I was going through, compassion understanding my feelings for what I was envisioning after all my hard work. Carla was the absolute best!!!!, she answered every single question I had for months leading up to my surgery. Now of course I'm so very happy with everything Dr. Adrian and his artistic skills in giving me my dream arms. But, I would have not made it through my daily routine without the very best nurse EVER!!! Maria was a godsend, she saw me daily if not for a massage she would come to me and bathe me and answered all my crazy recovery questions. As I'm still in recovery mode I can't wait to show off in all the new sundresses I'll be buying this coming summer. El doctor Lurduy es muy profesional, entendió perfecto que era lo que quería. Antes de la operación vimos los tamaños y procesos que sería todo. Me acompañaron en todo momento. I travelled from Canada to see him and I’m so happy with my decision.
Karla is an absolutely amazing receptionist. She gave me all the details I asked for and had a wonderfully pleasant demeanour. Any questions she couldn’t personally answer were passed on to the doctor and had a prompt answer.
The hospital in which the surgery took place was state of the art. All staff were friendly and all spoke more than enough English to hold conversations. I still can’t stop smiling everytime I see the results they are above my expectations.
I can’t thank him and his amazing team enough.
